The Royal Ballet School was founded in 1926 in England and is one of the most important centers for classical ballet training.

It was founded in 1738 in St. Petersburg, Russia. Renowned for its excellence, this academy has strived to preserve the traditions of classical ballet. Founded in 1934 by George Balachine and Lincoln Lirstein, this school is associated with The New York City Ballet.

It has a general study program and also offers courses in winter and in summer. This school offers scholarships to young talents awarded by the jury of the international competition in Lausanne, Switzerland.
